We are counting on all of you to participate again or for the first time in the #WorldMilkDay celebrations. You can host an event (such as open houses at dairy farms, milk donations to schools and NGOs, photo contests, sports competitions, fairs, dance shows, parties, nutrition conferences, tastings, exhibitions, food carts, and milk bars) or just join the conversation on social media using #WorldMilkDay & #EnjoyDairy.
Any activity counts as an event, just make sure to register so that you are included in the celebrations.
#EnjoyDairy: A worldwide rally is taking place on the 29-31 May leading up to #WorldMilkDay. Learn how you can participate here.

Date: June 01, 2019 00:00Location: Kansas City, MO, USAThemes: Livelihoods, Nutrition
In honor of World Milk Day, Dairy Farmers of America (DFA) will be hosting a pop-up event in the historical River Market to show just how easy it is for the community members of the Kansas City area to make a local impact. On June 1, 2019 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., visitors will learn about the goodness of dairy, the positive impact of dairy food donations and how they can support schoolchildren in need of food during the summer months, throughout the Kansas City metro area. By helping DFA share dairy’s local impact — taking a photo and sharing on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, with the hashtag #GiveMilkMoney and #WorldMilkDay — guests will have the opportunity to receive a bowl of cereal and milk. For every social media post featuring #GiveMilkMoney, DFA will donate a gallon of milk to The Great American Milk Drive (GAMD), helping to provide the children of the Kansas City metro area with wholesome and protein-packed dairy.
